properties, which provide great flexibility for
adding labels, titles and legends to the visual
space.
Important features include: backpanes with
customizable opacity, shape, background, standard
border and image border; XML formatting for font
styles; text orientation; support of all common
image effects - drop shadow, glow, blur, lighting
and bevel/emboss, for both text and backpane.
Multiple legends can be added and bound to charts
and series. Also, custom legends can be created by
the user. Labels can be attached by position and
connected with lines to many visual objects like
axes, scene proportions and data points.
Background and foreground watermarks can be
added to the scene.
