Bars bring to you the Microsoft Office 2003 flat
menus and toolbars. The powerful, yet comprehensive
common object model provides consistent shareable
appearance of commands regardless of where they are
parented. This screenshot demonstrates a command
bars framework with all the toolbars docked to the
parent container.
