Hi Teddy, The control can display surface / countour charts only in 3D mode even if they are displayed in 2D projection. A possible solution is to use an "off-screen" chart to pre-generate a texture that displays only the countour chart without axes, labels, etc. and then map this texture on a mesh surface that has just several data points. This will be much faster to render, but you'll have to take care to re-generate the contour texture when necessary. Best Regards, Milen

Sorry, I was not specific enough in my original question. The NGridSurfaceSeries is actually a top-down view of the surface I am plotting. Essentially the viewer sees it as "flat." Is there a method of plotting top-down views in Nevron Chart that do not use an NGridSurface or any 3D plotting? Regards, Teddy

Hi Teddy, Currently there is no way to update only specific parts of a scene. This is possible to some extent with 2D charts, where some elements can be painted in "overlay". However in 3D charts the whole scene is always repainted. Best Regards, Milen

Hi, I have a chart with two series. One is a 150k point NGridSurface series and the other is a 2 point NLineSeries. I just want to be able to refresh the 2 point NLineSeries, not the NGridSurface series since this takes too much time. Is there a way to only update one series and not the entire NChart? Thank you, Teddy
