Can you try applying the license key through code (programmatically). In some cases you may need to configure the license key programmatically. Take a look at this topic regarding how to configure the license through code: http://helpdotnetvision.nevron.com/Working_with_the_License_Key_Manager.html

(scroll down to “Programmatically Configuring the License Key Manager”)

 

Also, make sure that you are not using some feature from the Enterprise edition.

We bought a professional license late last week for the Chart Control for .NET, but after successfully using the License Key Manager successfully, deployments of our application still have the Nevron text behind the graph.

Anyone have any suggestions?
