No, the keys don’t have to be different for the different installer versions. However, the installations will generate different evaluation keys by default. The issue you experience with the VS2010 installer may be related to permissions. Can you send us a screenshot of the License Key Manager and the build version you currently have to: sales@nevron.com. We will do our best to assist you.

Thank you for your reply!!
But when I tried to run example for the same version of charts using VS2008 installer, it worked fine. So that made me think about the installer issue. Does the key need to be different for VS2010?
Thanks.

Hi Christie, It looks like do not have a valid evaluation license or it has expired. The installation of Nevron .NET Vision generates an evaluation license and you should be able to review it from the License Key Manager. Check the Help Documentation >> Activation topic Also, you may not be able to see the generated charts if the default evaluation license has been deleted from the Key Manager. If needed, you can request an extended evaluation license from Nevron Sales: sales@nevron.com

Hi, I downloaded above mentioned version from the Nevron website to experiment development with latest version. But when I try to run example included with the installer in VS2010, its rendering empty charts. Please see attached image. Is there anything wrong with the installer?? Thanks.
