As the example's description says: "Overlay painting allows you to draw custom graphics on top of the chart control without repainting the charts. This is useful when you have to draw interactive content on top of a complex chart scene."

Hi Team! Please give me an advice - I want to draw marks around chart markers when mouse is over a marker. I can do it in AfterPaint callback, but in this case I should refresh chart control for some of mousemove event, correct? Is there a way to draw my decorations without repainting the whole chart?
