You can reverse the vertical ruler by setting the FlipY property of the drawing view to true.

I am using Nevron Diagram with great success however I am a bit stuck.

I have Esri data in UTM = Universal Transverse Mercator

This projection has Y increasing as you move North. My data loads and displays correctly but my ruler for the y axis is upside down so I think I need to set the projection so the view knows.

Has anyone ever displayed Utm or transverse data? Where do I start?

Thanks in advance!
