Unfortunately due to company policies I can't provide you with sample of data/rdl. But I think that data labels size related somehow to overall chart area size. I.e. if I remove a title, chart area increases a bit and labels (in auto mode) become bigger. So, probably the solution is to recompose report layout with bigger chart element. Thank you for help.

Hi,
Thank you for reply. I tried these settings as well and still have no changes with labels. Namely, I tried to use Stagged2 and Staggeed3 , which means that it should split label into 2 or 3 rows in case of overlap. My labes are mainly of 3 words, like XX YYYYY ZZZZZ. So, should be fine. But even with these Stagged2 and Staggeed3 I can't change label size even for 1 point. Is there any other hidden settings (may be somewhere Auto box ticked)?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards, Bogdan

Hi Bogdan, There are couple of automatic settings for the axes labels. You should also take a look at the following properties for the Primary X Axis: Chart Areas >> Axes >> Primary X >> Advanced >> Level Overlap Resolve Mode Please, let us know if this works for you.

Hi all,
Just faced an issue with bar chart. Orientation - left to right. I'm trying to change font size for labels on vertical axis (Primary X) because it's unreadable but no luck with it. I'm trying to do it in Chart Area>>Axis>>Scale>>Label Text Style. It completely ignores any changes in font size, offset, orientation, etc.
Please, advise.
Thank you in advance, Bogdan
