Hi Gu,

Please make sure that the http handlers are registered property - following is a web config that specifies http handlers for both IIS and dev server:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!--
    Note: As an alternative to hand editing this file you can use the
    web admin tool to configure settings for your application. Use
    the Website->Asp.Net Configuration option in Visual Studio.
    A full list of settings and comments can be found in
    machine.config.comments usually located in
    \Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v2.x\Config
-->
<configuration>
 <configSections>
 </configSections>
 <appSettings>
  <add key="defaultTheme" value="OrangeGrey"/>
  <add key="fullSearch" value="true"/>
 </appSettings>
 <connectionStrings/>
 <system.web>
  <sessionState timeout="20"/>
  <!--
            Set compilation debug="true" to insert debugging
            symbols into the compiled page. Because this
            affects performance, set this value to true only
            during development.
        -->
  <httpRuntime requestValidationMode="2.0" />

Sir,
     I have a page using webchart with shape series, it works in develop server, but not in production server (IIS8). The code is developed in C# vs2010 and Nevrochart version is 11.1.17.12.  Attached are web.config(changed ext for uploading) and the screen dumps from develop server and  IIS server.  I very appreciate your advice.

       Thanks.

     gu
