Hi,

I have now completed pulling together my "Dashboard Screen" that shows the statuses of various aspects of the company. The screen consists of a number of Nevron Charts of various types combined with other controls such as Labels and PictureBoxes (logo's etc).

What I need to be able to do now is on a regular basis controlled by a timer (every hour or so) take a snapshot of the screen as it stands at that point and export the entire screen image to a PDF and have it sized to A4 Paper Size.

I have been told that there is a way of exporting to PDF, but all I have found so far seems to be the ability to export an individual chart, but I need a complete image of the screen including all charts and all other information as well.

How is this done ?

Thanks,
Steve

I have managed to do this now by taking a screen grab and sizing/scaling within a bitmap object, and then printing that one bitmap out to the page. Probably not the ideal way to do it, but it works and seems to work pretty well. There is probably a better way to do this using available utilities in the Nevron Suite, but I do not have the luxury of time to work this out as my evaluation period is coming to an end and I have to present to my board to get approval for purchase, and a critical requirement was printing to A4.

Hi Steve,

If you wish we can schedule an online meeting and discuss the possibilities for a PDF export as we need to take a look at the application first. You can send a request for a web meeting at support@nevron.com.

Best Regards,
