It turns out that the download program I was using attempted to download the '.AXD' file, and not the ZIPfile that the '.AXD' file was pointing to. After I used a different download application, this cleared up, and I was able to download the ZIPfile that contained the controls.

Hi Patrick, Probably there is some mistake - you can download a setup (with an msi) file that you need to run in order to install the software. Please elaborate on the problem that you meet...
