Hi Patrick,

Probably there is some mistake - you can download a setup (with an msi) file that you need to run in order to install the software. Please elaborate on the problem that you meet...

It turns out that the download program I was using attempted to download the '.AXD' file, and not the ZIPfile that the '.AXD' file was pointing to.  After I used a different download application, this cleared up, and I was able to download the ZIPfile that contained the controls.
