Angel pointed out I need to download the visual studio 2008 version (Dont know how I missed that!)... I will update this ticket this afternoon after I try that installation.

The problem was as Angel had guessed, installed the vs2005 instead of the vs2008 version. Be Careful!
Problem solved.
