After you purchase your edition of Nevron Open Vision, you will receive two license keys:
- Desktop License Key
After you receive an email from us notifying you of the processed order, you will be able to see this license key upon login into your account.
The Desktop License Key serves to redistribute your compiled application, created using Nevron's components.
The license should be added programmatically, as described in the Activation topic, available here.
- Developer License Key
The Developer License Key is issued per developer and per machine. Therefore, we will need your machine ID to activate your license. To locate your machine ID, please run the Nevron License Key Manager application from the installation folder of Nevron Open Vision and press Copy Machine Id
button at the bottom:

Nevron Open Vision Developer License is perpetual, which means that the license key you are provided with your purchase will forever unlock the specific version from your order. If you would like to have the ability to upgrade to newer versions, you can either add a subscription to your initial purchase or contact sales@nevron.com requesting an upgrade quotation. |

If you have a large project, part of which will be developed with Nevron Open Vision, you need to license only the developers actively developing with Nevron's components. You should be aware that only licensed developers will be able to debug Nevron's components. |

As mentioned in the above question, when you purchase Nevron Open Vision, you are entitled to forever work with the edition you have purchased. The subscription gives you access to all minor and major version releases within one year after purchase, technical support, and the right to renew your subscription. |

No. Subscription renewal is only available to customers with an active subscription with Nevron. If you want to upgrade your software to a newer version but don't have a subscription, please contact sales@nevron.com to request a quotation. |

The license can be transferred to a different device up to 6-years after the purchase.
To transfer a license purchased more than 6 years ago, please contact customerservice@nevron.com .
Users can directly manage licenses for version 2019.1 and higher on the Nevron website.

- Log in on the Nevron website by using your credentials.

Go to the License Keys page, which allows you to manage all your license keys.

Press the Generate button next to the Desktop license key description to generate a license key.

The Design and Server license requires you to provide a machine ID in the respective field.
You must obtain the machine ID from the License Key Manager application or run some examples shipped with the controls.

Click on the Generate button. The license key must appear in the Key field below the machine ID.

Run the License Key Manager application shipped with the controls.

Select the license key that you want to revoke.

Click the Revoke button. A new dialog with the Revoke Key Information will appear.

Copy the Revoke Key.

Login to your account on the Nevron website and go to License Keys Page (My Account/ License Keys).

Click on the Revoke button, which is next to the license key.

Place the Revoke Key from License Key Manager in the opened dialog.

Click the Revoke button.
You can now generate a new license key using the procedure outlined in "How to generate a license key" .
