With your purchase of Nevron's Data Visualization report items, you will receive 2 license keys:

• Designer License - required for developing reports with the Nevron custom report items.
  
  To obtain the Designer (Developer) License(s) for your product, you need to provide Nevron Customer Service with the appropriate Machine Id(s) for the machine(s) using Nevron Vision for SSRS with Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS), or SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) for report development purposes.
  
  You can locate the Machine Id by running the Nevron License Key Manager from your development machine:
  Start menu >> All Programs >> Nevron .NET Vision program group >> License Key Manager
• Server License - required for production report server deployment.
  
  To obtain the Server License(s) for your product, you need to provide Nevron Customer Service with the appropriate Machine Id(s) for the Production Report Server machine(s) which is running Reporting Services and is used for generating reports with the Nevron Vision for SSRS custom report items.
  
  You can locate the Machine Id for your SSRS report server by running the Nevron License Key Manager on the server:
  Start menu >> All Programs >> Nevron SSRS Vision program group >> License Key Manager
  
  
  

Nevron SQL Server Reporting Services report items licenses are perpetual, which means that the license key you are provided with your purchase will forever unlock the specific version from your order. If you would like to have the ability to upgrade to newer versions you can either add subscription to your initial purchase or contact sales@nevron.com requesting an upgrade quotation.

As mentioned in the above question, when you purchase Nevron Data Visualization for SSRS you are entitled to forever work with the edition you have purchased. The Subscription gives you access to all minor and major version releases within one year after purchase, support and the right to continue your subscription after it expires.

No. Subscription renewal is only available to customers who have an active subscription with Nevron. If you would like to upgrade your software to a newer version but don't have a subscription, please contact sales@nevron.com to request a quotation.

The upgrade can cost anything between 50% and 100% of the list price of the product. You need to contact sales@nevron.com and request a quotation.

Each Nevron customer receives free technical support with the purchase. Technical Support includes the following services:

• Reporting and fixing bugs
• Clarifying component functionalities
• Providing pointers regarding our products
• Code examples

Custom Development is a separate service, and it is not part of the Nevron products license.

The license can be transferred to a different device up to 6-years after the purchase. To transfer a license purchased more than 6 years ago, please contact customerservice@nevron.com .
