The purpose of the Nevron support service is to ensure that you’re using the complete control’s functionality and to help you integrate the controls inside your projects.
- Setup and configuration instructions.
- References to existing resources and code samples that demonstrate the uses of the product.
- Clarification of product compatibility with listed system environments and requirements.
- Guidelines to the product and tools that provide proper solutions for their specific goals
- Assistance in troubleshooting, diagnosing errors, and submitting errors related to Nevron products to the development team.
Custom Development
Issues and problems with products that are not set up according to Nevron’s documentation and requirements are considered custom development. This includes the following:
- Additional assistance regarding implementing custom use-case scenarios that are not part of the originally intended product usage.
- Providing assistance related to general development tasks, general programming knowledge, algorithms, data structures, and design.
- Code conversion and translation to and from different programming languages that are not part of the control’s documentation and/or examples.
- Porting code from competing software vendors.
- Bug fixing and code review.
- Developing proof of concept (POC) applications.
A comprehensive explanation of the source code implementation or guidance on how to modify or override a source code to achieve a specific custom behavior falls within the scope of custom development.
