Hello!

I'm using your Nevron.Net Vision at .net 6.0 winform project.
However, I usally get this exception which is

<System.InvalidCastException: '[A]Nevron.Internal.NFF cannot be cast to [B]Nevron.Internal.NFF. Type A originates from 'Nevron.TextLibrary.Win, Version=21.12.10.12, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b33b1a04bb5ca8ad' in the context 'Default' in a byte array. Type B originates from 'Nevron.TextLibrary.Win, Version=21.12.10.12, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b33b1a04bb5ca8ad' in the context 'Default' in a byte array.>.

I said 'usally', because, this exception does not always occured. Maybe, when I debug again my project as soon as I exit my app, this exception seem to be occured. You know this exception? It just my code fault? Please help me.

Hi,

Since this exception originates in the text system of the control it is possible that this system does not handle well some font features. We would like to ask you to send us the file as well as the text that causes the control to crash so that we can replicate the problem. Also, please make sure to upgrade the project to the most recent release to rule out the possibility that this error is already fixed.

Best Regards,
Nevron Support Team

Hello!

I'm trying out different fonts now and I seem to be having issues.
Same issue with "Arial black" font.
Are you sure the exception is caused by the font?
I hope this issue gets fixed ASAP.

Hello,

Thank you for sending the font - we just tested a few labels with it using 22.12.7.12 and it was working properly. Can you please also send us the text you're trying to display when rendering with this font as well as the font size. This will helps to replicate the problem. Thank you.

Hello

The font I'm using is "나눔바른고딕, 9.75pt, style=Bold".
I set a font size 10pt, but, font property set 9.75pt.

It is hard to take screenshot to all of charts which are korean text rendered.
So, I'll just list the strings. The strings I'm using are "자남, 자북, 자기장[nT], 거리, 전류[A], 전압[V], 수평종축 코일, 수평횡축 코일, 수직 코일, 수직, 동서, 남북, 유도자기장, 영구자기장, 제어전류, 측정전류".

I hope this information helps you solve this problem.
Thank you.
