Hello Igor,

Yes, you can easily achieve this by setting the image fill style for the drawing view background of the diagram. You can use any raster image for the diagram background fill style.

You can also generate your map images by using the Nevron Diagram Map Import functionality and then the Diagram Image Export.

Take a look at the following Whitepaper: Nevron Diagram for .NET Map Import - Using Maps in Diagrams

By using Nevron Diagram Maps, you will also be able to set the map in different layer of the diagram, allowing control over the map behavior and interactivity.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free.

Kind regards,

Hi,

thanks a lot for your helpfull answer.

I continue to digging deeper into your diagram components, and i found that i can convert from real word coordinates to draw canvas coordinates using the TransformPoint method of NMapProjection class. But i can not find out how can i convert draw canvas coordinates to the real world coordinates?

Best Regards

Igor Yakubov.

Hi Igor,

The reverse transformation is not always possible due to the mathematical formalism involved in the calculations, that's why we have not implemented it.
