NPointSeries has a FillStyles property. Binding to it allows to have different color for different data points within one series.

Is there a similar way (maybe using another series class) to assign shapes other than default to particular data points?

Hi Mike,

No the point series can only draw points with uniform shape currently. In order to emulate different shapes you have to have different points series in the chart series collection.
