Hello Matt,

Are you currently working with SharePoint 2010? There is an issue with the Excel Services connection in the current version of the web parts for SharePoint 2010. This has issue has been fixed and will be available with the next version. The Beta version is expected by the end of the week. To request the Beta, you can email Nevron Support (email: support@nevron.com).

Best Regards,
