That depends on what you want to achieve. One way to use it is by suscribing to the begin/end value changed events:

chart.Axis(StandardAxis.PrimaryX).ScrollBar.BeginValueChanged += new EventHandler(ScrollBar_BeginValueChanged);
chart.Axis(StandardAxis.PrimaryX).ScrollBar.EndValueChanged += new EventHandler(ScrollBar_EndValueChanged);

void ScrollBar_EndValueChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
// do something on end value change
}

void ScrollBar_BeginValueChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
// do something on begin value change
}

My requirement:
After plotting chart,my scroll bar always at the starting position of x axis only,but i want the scroll bar position should be at the end of the x axis.Is it possible?
