Can you see these two attachments? Is it possible that the space between bars stays the same if I resize the window? If so, there should be fewer bars in the paging view than the one before resizing, instead of what is shown in the second attachment, shrinking all the bars together.
Is there any way to implement this kind of feature?

Yes you need to modify dynamically the paging view based on the control size, but that will be tricky...
