One of my customers is getting the error in the subject line when one of the forms with some Nevron buttons loads. The buttons appear white with a red cross through (screenshot attached).

This is happening on a Windows 7 PC.

Anybody know what's going on, or more importantly any suggestions for a fix?

The same software is working 100% on over 1000 other PC's.

Found the problem... in case it helps anybody else, it was caused by a missing font (Arial in this instance).
