I've been quickly looking into Nevron for a diagramming solution.

I'm looking for a specific feature in a diagramming tool. I need to be able to create "TableNodes". That is nodes that have anchors set at specific index's of a table structure.

I've been looking through the forums and the documentation and i can't seem to find any specific mention of this feature. The closest I've found is Electrical Symbol Shapes. Where a node seems to take one or more inputs and output one or more outputs.

I'm looking for something like this:
91% of original size (was 550x245) - Click to enlarge
Any ideas and suggestions are much appreciated.

Have checked the Animations - World Cup 2006 example? Besides animations in SWF it demonstrates table shapes and is very similar in natute to your drawing.
