This is a sample of what I'm hoping to do, however the top point on the left should be (maybe doesn't have to be) a variable number that can be set, and the bottom right point bottom out to zero.
The bar chart would operate normally. The data in the bar charts would be a grouped sum of project hours spent within a calendar quarter, and the burndown would be a representation of available funding for the project (functioning more as a guideline). So if I say Project X is funded for 12 months, with a budget of $14k, then the top left point would be set to 14 (like on the sample image), and bottom out at zero at the end of the chart to the right.
The final product would have 4 columns, one for each quarter, and the line points would show where they should be with regards to expenses vs. budget. But it would essentially look like the image.
